YFMPD105-12-2 MPD choke manifold with electric servo valve control, synchronized local/remote stations and pressure monitoring. View reference specifications.
Share your application and required configuration for a project-specific quotation.
The YFMPD105-12-2 MPD electrically controlled choke manifold combines electric choke-valve actuation with pressure monitoring and synchronized local and remote control stations. The reference control system includes local and remote electrical cabinets, an industrial computer, servo drives and pressure transmitters for valve-position control and live equipment status.
The catalog describes local manual, remote manual and computer-automatic control modes. Physical controls take priority over software, with emergency stop assigned the highest priority. Two servo actuators provide closed-loop position feedback, while two pressure transmitters monitor standpipe and casing pressure.
The specifications below describe the catalog reference control configuration. Confirm the complete manifold pressure rating, bore, valve arrangement, connections, hazardous-area requirements and documentation against the offered equipment before ordering. An IoT gateway and cloud monitoring are optional.

Reference configuration from the OEIL catalog. Final specifications, document scope and suitability are confirmed in the quotation.
View the source catalog, PDF pages 74–75The catalog lists local manual, remote mirrored manual and computer-automatic control. Local and remote stations synchronize valve position, pressure readings and fault status. Confirm the required control functions and interfaces in the quotation.
No. The 0–5,000 psi measurement range and 10,000 psi catalog rating refer to the pressure transmitters. The complete manifold working pressure, bore, valve arrangement and connection ratings require separate confirmation for the offered equipment.
The IoT gateway and 4G/5G cloud platform are optional. Specify whether remote data, historical curves and alarm notifications are required so the communication and supply scope can be confirmed.
The catalog specification lists an Ex d IIB T4 electrical designation. Provide the installation-area classification and the required local or project certification scheme. The offered equipment and supporting documents must be checked for the intended project; the catalog designation alone is not an ATEX or IECEx certificate.
