OEIL / EQUIPMENT REFERENCEYFQ140-J
An air-driven pressure-test pump package for applications requiring hydraulic pressure without an electric drive at the pump.
Share your application and required configuration for a project-specific quotation.
The YFQ140-J uses compressed air to drive a reciprocating hydraulic pumping mechanism. The reference package combines low- and high-pressure pumping stages for pressure-testing applications.
The catalog describes automatic pressure holding and pressure restoration when circuit pressure drops. Available flow depends on the air supply, pressure ratio and hydraulic backpressure. Define the required duty point and test medium before selecting a package.
| Item | Identification details |
|---|---|
| Valve cores and seats | Catalog-listed individually replaceable components |
| Reversing / check valve components | Identify against the original pump assembly |
| High-pressure hose | Confirm pressure duty, length and end connections |
| Pressure gauge | Confirm range, accuracy and fitting |
| Automatic recorder | J-type option; confirm package interface |
Confirm part dimensions, medium and pressure compatibility using the original equipment model.

Reference configuration from the OEIL catalog. Final specifications, document scope and suitability are confirmed in the quotation.
View the source catalog, PDF pages 34–35The pumping drive uses compressed air. Any optional recording, control or accessory equipment may have separate power requirements.
Provide the flow required at your target pressure, together with the available air supply. A no-load flow figure is not a substitute for the duty point.
List the required reservoir, valves, gauges, hoses, connections and recording functions so the quotation defines the full package.
