FKDY hydraulic BOP control systems with automatic accumulator charging, four control circuits and an emergency manual pump.
Share your application and required configuration for a project-specific quotation.
The FKDY hydraulic control system supplies hydraulic power to BOPs, wellhead hydraulic valves and hydraulic clamping devices. The FKDY200-4 reference configuration uses a reservoir, five accumulators, an electric triplex pump, a manual pump and a four-circuit control manifold.
Three-position, four-way rotary valves control the connected hydraulic functions, while pressure sensing supports monitoring and automatic pump start/stop. The manual pump provides an emergency pumping arrangement. Supply the circuit schematic, actuator requirements and available utilities to confirm the equipment configuration.

Reference configuration from the OEIL catalog. Final specifications, document scope and suitability are confirmed in the quotation.
View the source catalog, PDF pages 10–11The catalog configuration includes a 400 L reservoir, five 40 L accumulators, a 7.5 kW electric pump, a manual pump and four control circuits. Confirm the final scope in the quotation.
No. The catalog lists 31.5 MPa for the accumulator components and 21 MPa for the hydraulic system working pressure. Component ratings do not raise the complete system rating.
Specify the required pressure-control settings, site conditions and enclosure protection in the RFQ. These items are confirmed against the offered configuration and its documentation.
