Product overview
The FKQ480-6 provides hydraulic power and control for opening and closing surface blowout preventers. The reference configuration brings together an accumulator bank, an oil reservoir, an electric pump, a pneumatic pump and a driller's control station.
The remote control panel prepares, stores and directs hydraulic pressure. The driller's station communicates through pneumatic control lines. Pressure indication and audible/visual alarms support equipment monitoring. Define the BOP arrangement, required operating volume and site conditions before selecting a configuration.

This product supplies and controls hydraulic power for surface BOP operation. The BOP stack itself is a separate item unless expressly included in the quotation.
Can I use the reference configuration without a sizing review?+
The accumulator volume and control functions must be checked against the actual BOP arrangement and operating requirements. Send the stack information with your enquiry.
How are standards and certification requirements handled?+
State the required standards, editions and certificate scope in your RFQ. Applicable equipment documents and the certificate holder must be confirmed for the quoted configuration.
